Our evening dining experience is the heart of The Waterford Inne. Served family-style or in courses depending on the season, dinner features dishes built around what's fresh, local, and growing. Expect house-cured meats, produce from our kitchen garden, fish sourced from Maine waters, and foraged ingredients gathered from the surrounding woods and fields. We accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice and take pride in crafting menus that surprise and satisfy. Dinner is available to inn guests and, when space allows, to outside guests by reservation. It is an experience worth planning your visit around.

We keep an up-to-date guide of local trails, swimming holes, waterways, and scenic drives for our guests, and we're always happy to offer personal recommendations based on your interests and pace. Nearby Keoka Lake and Lake Keewaydin offer swimming and paddling in summer, while the surrounding hills provide exceptional foliage views in September and October and snowshoe and cross-country ski terrain in winter.
